You can start by selecting the employee’s name from the drop-down section and continue towards the questions part. Then, finally, click the score you want to give to the employee you review.

On the right-hand side of the template, you will find a result summary. This summary shows the employee’s performance and score. In addition, if you want to finish the review, you have to click on the “save” button on the top right side of the screen.

Step 6: Check Each Employee Profile

You can also check if your employees develop over time by checking their profiles. You can find the “employee profile” section within the tab of “employees.” Thus, after clicking on the button, the record of each employee will open, and you can access information of each employee if you want.

Step 7: Analyze the General HR Report

In the “reports” tab, there is a general dashboard. Here, you can choose the year you want to review and then compare the results between the employees or departments.
